Yes, we require a 20% deposit depending on the package availed to lock in the date. If the booking is cancelled, this deposit is non-refundable.

If our sound system is to be hired, preferrable but not essential, a power outlet within 10 meters. If an outlet is not available, our speaker is able to run on battery.

If you already have a sound system hired, please confirm that they have mics and speakers that can either connect through auxiliary wires or Bluetooth.

Local gigs (From Alkimos) (up to 30 km): a flat $30.

Medium distance (31–160 km): $1 per km or $50–$150.

Long distance (160+ km): Custom rate based on distance, time, and additional costs.

Currently only 50-75 people. Arrangements can be made if there are more visitors. We will have to hire another speaker to accommodate your event.

I will arrive 1 hour before the event to set up then pack up after the booking time ends.

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original date. The change depends on my availability. If I am not available on the alternate date, the non-refundable reservation fee will be forfeited, and the event will be cancelled.

If the event is cancelled by the hirer for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee will be forfeited.

If the event is cancelled by Megnificent Sounds, a full refund of all monies paid to date will be provided.

If the final payment for a booking is not received at least 1 day before the booked date, Megnificent sounds will consider it as a cancellation by the hirer, and all monies paid to date will be forfeited, unless prior mutually agreed arrangements in writing have been made for a late payment.
